At FOUNT®, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted leather piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely repackage your item in its original FOUNT® dust bag and box.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the item is shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label to remain eligible.

Receive Refund or Credit

After our team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
